TF stands for Trans Flash. It's the same as micro SD memory cards. Some variations of these headset designs include an MP3 player function allowing playback of MP3 from micro SD memory card (without connecting to phone).

What is the distance from Bluetooth connection?

I only use them at my desk or in the car so am always within a couple feet of my phone. I haven't needed to test the max distance so can't answer to that. That being said they are comfortable, have great sound and are easy to pair.

Don't buy this item.

Its design is faulty. It hurts your ears. It is bent 90 degree at your ear. It should be round above ear so that it does not push your ear or it should not get in touch with your ear i.e between your ear and head. Also stops working at 40 % battery level.
