Listen to all the reviews at this point it is a scam that they are still selling these. I never even got to use it, it has been defective since the moment I bought it. Heats up blows steam for 10 seconds and beeps like crazy and turns off. They also are not offering a refund or replacement so please do not even attempt to purchase or give benefit of the doubt.

Works great! Mist can get a little to hot if placed close to face. Light works great!!

We love this steamer. The adjustable brightness of the light, an actual display of the timer for the steamer is amazing. The water bottle is plastic in case you need to refill so you won’t get burned🥰

That machine is amazing. i just turned it on and in 30 seconds, the steam came out and it is really strong and quiet machine. It is still brand new so will see how it holds up !

I received this steamer June 13, 2024 and it is no longer working today July 23, 2024! The steamer is not a good buy for estheticians. The water tank isn’t nearly empty before the signal beeps for you to refill it. Although my Amazon return window has closed, I will be reaching out to the manufacturer for a refund. I’m extremely disappointed. Now I have to reschedule my clients that have booked facials until I can get a new steamer.
