Strong, Stable, Tall and reasonably Portable
Me....5ft 10in tall, 190 pounds. I rarely submit reviews but I'm so happy with my Dobests portable pull up bar. Product arrived intact with no damage and every part accounted for. Its easy to assemble and 2 wrenches are included. At the tallest setting I DO NOT have to bend my legs at all but then again I'm only 5' 10" tall. This is rare for this type of self standing, portable pull up bar. Its very stable but I would not attempt any muscle ups. The Dipping Bars are strong and easily holds my weight. I do wish they were spaced a little closer together to prevent shoulder injuries when doing pushups and dips but I have narrow shoulders. A taller person with wider shoulders should have no problems. One thing I hope Dobests remedies in the future is the actual pullup bar. They are a tiny bit too narrow for me and I have small to medium sized hands. Making them a tad uncomfortable but easily remedied by wearing gloves or somehow increasing the diameter of the bar. Note...this is only a problem when using a close grip when doing pullups. Its no problem when you you use a wider grip because the thicker red handles that come with the unit are very comfortable. Portability is fine but its nothing you can easily break down store in your car's trunk and take to the beach or park like say the Go Beast. I keep mine outside covered with a water proof cover for protection from light rain, morning dew and fog. When heavy rains are forecast I break it down into 2 sections and bring it indoors. I highly recommend this unit. In my humble opinion one of the best unit of its kind.

Solid pull-up/dip station, no wobble
For the price, this is a very sturdy pull up/dip station. It took me 30 minutes to put together- with the right tools. I used size 14 and 17 sockets, a ratchet, and size 14 and 17 wrenches to hold the nut end of the bolts. For what I need, this is the right setup. There were two types of pull up bars and I bought the one with the regular pull-up bar because I am used to using the bars on gym power racks. The only down side really are the hand grips. Planning to remove the grips on the dip bars and add tape to the dip grips and the pull up bar. Also, for perspective I am 6’1” at 240lbs and this thing is sturdy with no wobble and I don’t have to tuck in my legs for pull ups. After doing research on other power towers and now trying this out, it was 100% worth the money. Just make sure you have like a 9ft ceiling and you won’t have issues.

Good, but not perfect
Set up wasn't too bad, about the same effort as putting together ikea furniture. For pullups and dips and everything going directly perpendicular to the ground along the axis of the stand, things are sturdy and greatIf you attach olympic rings to this those are going to work for pull ups and dips, but be ware that this structure will tip over for any movements that are too far off the axis of support. Would have appreciated some sort of weight system or something to keep it sturdy for those movements, but not sure it would be feasible at this price point. Also the handles for dips/push ups/inverted rows are at a fix distance and I would have appreciated either some adjustability or if they were in amore of a V shape so that people with less broad shoulders could have more comfortable grip positions.Overall quite good. Not a complete powerhouse for calisthenics, but definitely a cheap and effective setup for home gyms

Outstanding Design
Assembly is a breeze, took all of 30 minutes. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. The fact that the height is adjustable, though, is what sets this apart from the others. First, it makes moving the station from room to room easy enough for one person to do. Second, clearance in our basement is 82 inches exactly, so one-size-fits-all stations that are close to or at that height are a no go. (Do I really want to order, receive, unpack and assemble a station with the hope that it might fit, only to find out after all that work that it doesn't?) To my delight, I was able to set 81 1/2 inches as the height of the top of the frame, and this allows me (I'm 5' 9" with long arms) to keep my legs locked straight when doing pullups, which is proper form. The dip station is set at the perfect width, and its height is also adjustable, which makes it great for inverted rows and angled push-ups, as well as leg/knee raises. Sturdy but lightweight--no wobble, no concern the thing might come apart, and no problem folding it up and leaning against a wall when not in use. If you want to get serious about mastering your bodyweight (you can't call yourself strong until you can do pullups) then get this. Also, the packaging it came in was surprisingly compact, so getting it inside and up or down stairs shouldn't be a problem for the average person. Seriously, order this; you won't be disappointed.

I Mostly Recommend - But - Not 2mm Thick Metal - False Advertising
Overall, this is a great product. It's strong, stable, and more or less portable. The instructions are clear enough, and the assembly was mostly straightforward. Here are the reasons for docking two stars:1. The advertising on the page claims that the metal is 2mm thick, specifically contrasting this with 1.5mm inferior products. This is false. It's hard to see in the photo, but the main supports are not 2mm thick. I checked this because I specifically paid the extra $30 or so for this product over identical alternatives, because of this claim.2. There is some rust on the interior of some parts. It seems like it'll be fine, but receiving a rusted product is still unpleasant.3. While some of the parts were separated with foam, others were simply put next to each other, resulting in scratches. Not a big deal, but a disappointing realization nonetheless. Is this a great product? Yes. But, find the identical item at other sellers, because the same thing can be purchased for about 25% cheaper, without false 2mm claims.
