Build upper body strength through assisted pull-ups!
Outstanding product. It’s not the pull-up bar, but the regularity with which you use it. This product will have you feeling confident and getting the repetitions in, which I think is the point. It’s so interesting how just the first level of assistance is enough to get 12-15 pull-ups in for me, in just one set. Repeat that 5 or 6 times and I’ll be feeling it the next day and the day after that. Without assistance I’m lucky if I can get 8 reps in one set, which sets me up to become disinterested in further sets. The human psyche is a Turkish bazaar, where only the hagglers break even. The foot rest is very comfortable and though my pull-up bar wasn’t designed with this product in mind, I keep this product attached to it at all times and have gotten stronger for it. The value for the money is well worth it when you consider the law of inertia (which cannot be circumnavigated). It’s a good looking design too, and doesn’t look out of place in my house, permanently. The buckles, clips and clasps seem and feel durable. I recommend this product.

Instant Gratification
Instant gratification. I was intimidated to try it at the gym, but I followed the easy directions and took my time. Thought I would look like a fool, but took to it instantly. Full range of motion with ALL 3BANDS!!! Oy! But it is smooth and comfortable. Get it.

'Resistance' Band Levels
I got mine, but all the bands are the same resistance which is counter to what some of the reviews say. I wish there were different levels, 3x75 lbs seems like quite a lot of help.

Increased reps
These have been great for me getting back into working out. In a month of using them I went from half-***ing 2 pull ups to doing 5 reps with good form again. Takes all of 2 mins to attach to a pull up bar.

This Was A Great Purchase For Us
This was a great purchase. My wife (5'4" - 120 lbs - 70 years old) wants to become strong enough to do a pull-up on her own. We saw this product on Instagram. It will definitely help in her progression. The stirrups are easiest to get in and out of if you remove your shoes and just use socks. It takes about 10 minutes to set up. It's also great for guys to get in several more pull-ups after you exhaust your regular set.

Great Product!
Product is as advertised and defenetly helping me with my pull up strength. I recommend this product to build up to doing pull up/ chin ups unassisted.

Cool but not essential
It's cool, but if you want to be able to do pullups you need to do pullups. This will not really help you to do a real pullup but it may help build upper lats in a person who has never worked them out.

Good, would like more choice of resistance bands
These are great. It would be nice if they had some lower resistance bands to swap in. Having to make a 75 lb jump in resistance is pretty big.
