What's the difference between this and the wolf rr 900t?

RR is a bypass Lopper & the RS is an Anvil Lopper.

Where does the item make in country?

As far as I know, they are only made in Germany, but distributed by BlueStone Garden in Minneapolis, MN. They have been a lifesaver in cutting branches that I couldn't cut with other lopers. The telescoping handles are very handy. I wish they had some that cut even larger branches, but this was the largest diameter branch-cutting lopers I found in my research. Good luck.

Handles are aluminum. These lopper are extremely strong and repeatedly handle the cutting the largest recommended diameter. I have recommended these loppers to several gardeners/farmers in the area.
