I used Healthspan Meal Replacement thinking it would support weight loss and gut health. Instead, it caused hard stools, painful bowel movements, and intense anal pain - something I've never experienced before.The product fails to warn clearly that it requires heavy water intake and fiber balancing. Most normal users will suffer if they're not extremely careful.I had to stop the product and switch to natural food to recover.Please be careful before trusting the marketing. This may not suit your body at all. I do not recommend it based on my personal experience.

Very good Ingredients and price is okay

I’ve been using this drink for a few weeks now, and I’m already seeing noticeable results. Not only does it taste great (light, refreshing, and not too sweet), but it really helps curb my appetite and keeps my energy levels steady throughout the day.

Has a bad aftertaste. Do not even think about trying it by mixing it with water, it tastes so bad. The taste is somewhat manageable when taken with milk.

Best product till yet for me. I have tried many products but this is something which i was looking for. As due to work, most of the time time i travel and these sachets pack are best to have it with you. Taste is good and it blends well in the water. I checked they have bigger size too with other flavour options. I choose Balgeium Chocolate and i am fond of chocolates.
