smells just how i remember. Joy has been my favorite since the 80's. I'm sad it was discontinued.

I thought I would receive a sample of the REAL Joy Perfume by Jean Patou for $16.95. I don't know the true story behind the solution I received, but the package says SAMPLE NOT FOR RESALE. The scent is faint, unpleasant, and only lasts a few minutes. I would rate it with zero stars if that was an option.

Perfume did not smell like Joy Smellled old and stale

I used to wear Joy as a teenager. It was a very light, rosey scent. Maybe, it is because the sample is old, but it is not the same fragrance. There is a hint of the original scent, but not enough to want to wear it. This just simply stinks. I’m very disappointed!

I’m glad I didn’t buy the perfume before trying the sample. This scent doesn’t even last five minutes. I don’t know what has happened to perfumes anymore. When I bought perfumes years ago, the scent would last. Too bad because it’s a beautiful scent. Don’t waste your money.

This perfume smells beautiful. Even though it comes in a smaller quantity, it’s worth every penny for a perfume that is not available anywhere. This smells gives Chanel a run for its money.
