Connection and customer services
It does not connect to my home Wi-fi and the Seeing Eye app does not work properly.I tried to both my phone Bluetooth on myhome W-fi.There live chat does not work, I tried to use it to get help, with no reply back.Just waiting for the post-person to collect it between now and Saturday, hopefully I should get a refund soon.Cossing my fingers.

Good value
Great doorbell. Motion detection works great. Picture quality good, good sounds quality too however battery charge runs out quickly. It also takes long to load the video when the doorbells rings.

Could be better! Read Review!
As a Doorbell it works fine BUT, as I have my own 10Tb NAS network storage hard drive, if the kit allowed! I can store my own video link images, after all, I only need the ones I need to keep! This Doorbell supplier won't allow that, it only has the facility to store images in "their" cloud which, of course they charge for!!! I don't have a problem with a business charging for cloud storage BUT, "only" if the end user needs it! For that reason they only get 3*s for the doorbell itself! One other slight annoyance though, is the battery needs charging more often than I'd like, needs a better battery with a longer charged life! Would I recommend it? Not if there are other suppliers that will offer what "I" want, rather than, you can have what "we" offer, take it or leave it. I'll do more research next time!
