There has to be some type of artificial sweetener being used. The packaging states "A decadent swirl of buttery caramel, toasty brown sugar, and creamy vanilla flavors. ". Not sure why Keurig Green Mountain will not disclose the ingredients but I'd be suspect of this product.

How high is this in caffeine?

No it's not a high in caffeine however like any coffee the caffeine response is personal. When I drank 2 cups in the morning and an afternoon expresso cuban coffee. I wasn't affected by coffee like I am now. The caramel vanilla cream is one of the flavors that has a good balance between coffee flavor and creamy vanilla flavor without either overpowering the other.

Description reads 72 count for $36. Yet the count when ordering reads 36 ($050/count) which is it?

I just saw that if you go farther down in that same area, you will find the price (right now $28.49) for the 72 pods of the Caramel Vanilla pods. It's the SAME price for the 36 in the items above it. As mentioned previously, I have sent "wrong info" notices to Amazon but it never gets fixed.
