Excellent value for the money
I bought a whole 20 pound ribeye, and needed a knife to break it down. This knife arrived very quickly, and is EXTREMELY SHARP. I was able to break down the entire Rib Eye very quickly and the knife held its edge very well. I would definitely recommend this for someone that doesn't butcher every day and doesn't need the top of the line. This is a great knife for the average kitchen. I liked it so much that I kept the box to store it in so it doesn't get confused with the normal knives.

Knife only, no cover included
Knife seems fairly sharp, but it does not have a protective cover. I’ll be sending it back to get one that includes a cover for safety, as it doesn’t fit well in a drawer without the risk of someone getting cut. If a cover isn’t a big deal, this knife may be for you.
