Shoddy and cheap in looks and service
Movement is not smooth; Casters provided are of very poor quality and VERY NOISY. On a smooth marble floor, it is not easy to move the trolley. If better quality casters can be replaced, I will appreciate, otherwise would like to return the trolley.
