I ran out of my normal collagen, but I want to try something new even though it worked because it was so expensive I was paying like $70 for a one bottle . so anyway I tried these and literally after two days I stopped hearing the clicks and creeks on my joints . Because I ran out of my other collagen . Also, they taste great no gritty feeling be mindful not to eat more just because they taste good.

Stinkin Saw Palmetto
These did their job well! I actually really enjoyed them and was having great results. My joints stopped hurting and my skin was healthy.However - I THEN realized that they contain saw palmetto and I had to stop taking them, which was super frustrating.
