Um....I was not expecting such a noticeable result from using these. Four months ago, I researched natural methods of increasing GLP1's in the body, and Akkermansia popped up as one that could make a difference. I followed the directions and took them with food 2-3 times a day, and within 48 hours I noticed that something sweet I was eating didn't taste as good. I thought that was weird but didn't immediately connect it with these. I noticed that sweet things continued to taste and sound unappetizing, and my daily snacky "food noise" had decreased by about 80%. I've followed my appetite and eat when I am hungry. I've focussed on eating fibrous foods 1-2 times per day to support gut health, and high protein foods multiple times a day consistently. The result has been that I do not feel as hungry as I did before, my stomach empties slower and I feel full longer, and I eat less food overall. I've been dropping weight uniformly on my body. I'm sure some portion of that is decreased inflammation, which feels great, but I can also feel a reduction of fat in several areas including my stubborn areas. I have not experienced weight loss this easy and pain-free, ever. I either have to kill it with the gym and calorie restriction, or I accidentally lose weight due to periods of high anxiety. This has come easy, without the anxiety or hard work. I am definitely a fan!! I never knew managing my weight could be this easy. I have genetic potential for type 2 diabetes, and have made health and nutrition a priority in my life because of that, but sometimes struggle to do so with the time constraints of a busy single mom. I'm very grateful for this product!

Been taking for a month now. I only take 1 capsule a day instead of the recommended 2-3 per day. My sweet cravings are gone and my carb cravings are gone. The Food Noise in my head is also gone. The only side effect I’m having is a slight increase of gas.

Day 1, I took all 3 capsules per the instructions. The next morning, I had the largest, healthiest bowel movement that I've had since I don't even know when... ever? That only happened once but then I stayed regular. After a few days I looked over them and thought wow, I really have not had an appetite. And any time I would think to eat, I would go over my options in my head and just feel like nothing sounded that good (even my faves!). So I'm on day 6 I think and my appetite is still pretty non-existent. I'll take it!!! I have some semiglutide shots in my fridge that I'm really nervous to use... so as long as these keep my appetite away I think I'll hold off on the shots!

I love how I have been feeling. I don’t feel a major energy boost simply bc I also take other supplements. But when it comes to my gut???!!!! I have been feeling so light, and no bloating, going regularly as well. Actually, pause, I may not have more energy, but I do notice my mind is clearer.

Over the years I have used many different products and this is certainly one of the best. I started using it after watching Dr William Li on YouTube recommend it as it was very effective in some studies that were done. I would highly recommend it.

It seems to help with cravings

After taking this product for a week all of my cravings are completely gone! I only eat now when I am actually hungry, and I feel like I eat less when I do. I’m not thinking about food all of the time. Will continue to take the product.

Amazing product! Has truly helped me with reducing the dose of my expensive injectable GLP-1 and still maintain great results. With this plus the smallest dose of the GLP-1, I am still strong, not hungry, and easily maintaining my 117 lb weight loss. It really works and has also regulated my digestion.
