Rating the seller
I order this product on December 30th 2012 at around 7pm. I got an email at around 1130 saying the product shipped. This was not a Prime delivery item. It was shipped USPS and even with the New Years Holiday the package arrived safely on the 4th. I have used this item before and know it to be goo. It's an excellent price for a Excellent product and fast delivery.

I don't used it yet... But my friend told me that she is also using that product and she like it. It's like a preservative. Hoping that the outcome of my product is delicious. The product come on time.

Great product
I used this to corn my own corned beef. This gives it the reddish color it is famous for and enhances the taste. Turned out fabulously. I will never buy manufacturer processed corned beef again.

Cooking
This product works just as it says it will. It does indeed take a very, small amount as I use it to make jerky with my own seasoning. Very economical with this curing agent. I like it.

better than morton quick cure
i have yet to make another batch of summer sausage using the pink salt, but from what i have been able to read online and in the smoking/jerky book i purchased, pink cure is a better product than the morton quick cure i purchased locally. nobody in my area seems to carry pink salt, just the morton quick cure.

Curing salt
Have used once to replace Tenderquick in a cured pork recipe. It allowed me to reduce the salt level in the final product and still have the degree of cure I wanted. Also, it eliminated the nitrate, which was in Tenderquick but not in this product, and was not needed in this curing method.
