My dad Alzheimer's love the color but USB/microsd doesn't work

I bought this for my dad who has Dementia/Alzheimer's he loves this except one thing USB and micro/TF does not work at all I tried different ways. I bought this for him took it to Puerto Rico and it didn't work at all. He loves the colors only and I wanted to use it for the USB/micro for his music because it will calm him when he becomes aggressive. Please tell me which USB or microsd card to buy. I may need to return it

UPDATE. Excellent customer service behind this product.

I ordered this on may 27th. As of today (7/14) the bluetooth stopped working, i connect any bluetooth device to it and it drops every few minutes and the speaker restarts. The sound is great andthe features all work well except forbluetooth. A good budget speakersound wise but clearly is not built tolast. I would look elsewhere.UPDATE: Upon seeing this review, the seller reached out to me and offered a replacement despite my return window being closed. The new unit works perfectly as of now, I will update as time passes.
