Q: Is the hose supposed to be kinked in the middle?

The picture shows a fine mesh straining screen that goes into the tank to keep debris out of your carburetor. Mine was not distorted as pictured.

Q: What size fuel line does this fit

I don't know, but I use the original factory fuel line of the generator

Q: Does this fuel valve fit the Briggs & Stratton 6250 storm responder generator?the outlet for the hose connection is 3/8 of an inch on the model genera

I used new 3/16'' rubber gas line, it's a tight fit but it works on my pulsar 3500m. A metric gas line would be a better fit. There's nothing thats 3/8'' of an inch on this valve. The coupling takes a 22 millimeter wrench.

Took me trying 2 times to buy aftermarket that claims 1/4 inch on fuel line to find out they came in at 3/16” finally found this from Briggs and worked perfectly.
