Is it safe on white colored gas stove tops?

If your stove tops is stainless steel or porcelain, it's okay. But you asked about a colored top. I would say no. Because experience is the best teacher. I used it on my stove top which is colored by the way. It started taking some of the color off. Even inside the stove near the pilots lights where food drops down. Some of the color was removing. My landlord gave me a cheap stove and it showed it's true colors for sure. Don't mind me, I am a comedian at times. Makes my day to make people laugh. I need me a bottle right now as my husband has burn my bottoms again on my pots.:) I'm a bargain person. I love this product, at $5.00 not at $10. I would have to be desperate. If not sure always test it in an area not so noticable. Wear a painter mask over your nose otherwise you'll be coughing for days. Achoo!
