These work great and are easy to take with your meals. Make sure you eat and drink plenty of water when you take them so they don’t make you nauseous.

Taste is great, not as strong taste wise as other pineapple flavor or raspberry/ lemon. 1lb container is easier to scoop from overall I prefer the tub instead of the regular bags. I will continue to buy from this company as the products are great quality and affordability priced.

I would have given it five stars, but the container was less than half full. I don't know if I got jipped or if that's what I was supposed to get. Tastes great, dissolves very well.

Dr said she wanted me to get more protein. I'm lactose and cannot drink the shakes or powders. Asked Dr if I could tke the caps. YES! Got the strongest I could find. Dr approved. Great price too. I take 4 a day.

Definitely rehydrates me as coming out of the sauna, if I’m not properly hydrated, I wake up the next morning with mid back pain from lack of electrolytes. Taste is exactly what you expect from stevia. Not huge in flavor, but enough to be okay with it. I add a pinch of Celtic sea salt to balance out the potassium and salt for full hydration

I hope this stuff has the right strength and ratio of electrolytes. I don't know, but I'm hoping. However, the lemon lime I bought is pretty rank tasting. It seems to me that taste is pretty important with this kind of product.
