ONLY DOWNSIDE: I get weird dreams and I've been dreaming ALOT. every night to be exact. ive been trying to drink it everyday and so far, i love it. will be part of my routine now. the flavor i got was blue coconut and its delish!! you just put it in water and shake it (dessolves easily) and its fine to drink. also helps me drink water because Its flavorful! they come in individual packets so deff easy to use on the go.

The strawberry and cream is my favorite flavor. I’ve tried most of the flavors (peach berry, raspberry lemonade, orange creamsicle and the blue coconut) and they’re all really good too. They are helping me with water intake, I feel rested in the morning and it is showing in my mood too. I’ve never been one to take vitamins or supplements but this stuff makes it so easy. The ingredients seem to be high quality and I know magnesium is really good for you as well. I’m not one to write many reviews but I highly recommended these.

I just mix it into cold water, and in a few minutes, I can feel myself shifting from “on edge” to “I got this.” It’s not drowsy or heavy just smooth, focused calm. First I want to start off by saying this is one of the best tasting powders I’ve ever tried. Most of them always have an odd like chalky aftertaste. This one does not. It dissolves very easy in water and I loved using it with crushed ice took it over the top! I do think my sleep quality was better after drinking this twice a day for about 2 weeks. I did drink this along with taking saffron to try to help with my overall mood and I believe it did help me. There are a lot of claims that this product helps you to lose weight as well. While I did not lose weight I did see a difference in my bloated looking stomach. Overall this is a quality drink that I would order again I just wish it didn’t cost so much. I guess if you’re not drinking the way the directions say it will last you a while but drinking two a day it runs out really quick for the price of it.
