This product is very good for controlling blood pressure, plus it provides other vitamins and supplements the body needs.

Easier to breathe and really like more vitality

To my surprise it IS working. Took several weeks but I can absolutely avow for it. I am happy. I will not have to begin prescription medicine now. 140 lbs age 69.

I started taking this based on the reviews. People were saying that it lowered their blood pressure almost too low. I thought I would give it a try. My BP has ranged from 150/90 to 130/74 after taking this for 2 months. I exercise daily and eat reasonably healthily. I may take it a little longer, but I will be looking for something more effective.

This supplement takes time to work. But having come from a background of a few medical issues, it is worth the wait and journey to recover as this supplement improves over time eith usage. So I will be updating this review of the improvements periodically.Week 1/2: alongside with iron as I was also severely deficient having had low ferritin levels, optimal was supposed to be 120+ for my body to avoid symptoms, instead I was 10. So shortness breath and "air hunger" was a common thing. Hence alongside the iron but especially when I began this blood pressure supplement (as that was another issue I had post partum for two/three years so far), I felt as though I am beggining to take *full meaningful and deep oxygen filled breaths again*. This has also helped reduce my anxiety as medically the shortness of breath was causing an increase of stress, and a state of panic in reaction to the smallest of things.Week 3/4: to be continued! Will update all the way until the recommended 90 day (3 month) usage and add a 6 month review also.

I waited a long time to write this review to make sure it was helping. Additionally, I write so few reviews but felt compelled in this case. I used to try to take most of these ingredients individually but that got overwhelming due to sheer volume and cost and I don't think they all had the proper potency. I have some complicated issues and after about my third bottle of this product, my bloodwork seems better now than it was 20 years ago. I appreciate you bringing this product to market and you've gained a lifelong customer.

This item is not exactly as packaged or pictured. There's a lot of stuff in it. You may not want cyanokobalmin, folic acid and many other repeated things that I already have in my supplements
