Can she be fed anything else besides the playdoh?

I’m an SLP and use this doll for feeding therapy. I’ve fed her a cheeseburger and all kinds of foods. She is easy to clean out.

Is she water proof? Like to take in the bath?

She is open but water might collect in head, which is hard to get out and get mold. she can go in water just be sure all water gets out
