This is a manual (pull the lever beneath toilet to dispose of waste, pull up and then push down hand pump on rear left toilet to flush, push black foot pump for sink water) version of what’s in an RV.Let me make this clear… this is NOT A POTTY CHAIR!!! NO STINK, NO TOUCHING WASTE!These should be purchased by anyone infirmed, elderly, or unable (unwilling) to run up and down stairs for the bathroom. Also great for game rooms in basement or sheds, and garages. Use the same water/sewage treatment chemicals used for RVs (big bottle costs about $7-10, and 2oz treats 40gal, so bottle will last forever!). Add alcohol to water in sink to sanitize hands, put lotion in soap dispenser to negate hands drying out, and sanitized water fills toilet reservoir, so keeps bowl sanitized for easier cleaning (add at least a gallon to bowl reservoir initially to have reserve for initial flushing).I only have a bathroom downstairs, and drink a lot of water all night, so constantly running up and down was a real hassle! This works great!! Not only do you not have to worry about odors, spills, or tipping, but instead of relying on hand sanitizers to clean your hands, you can use REAL SOAP AND WATER, or sanitizer and WATER!! Buy it!! You won’t regret it!

I bought this for a family member that was living in a tiny home and did not have any facilities. They have since moved and I ended up selling it because it was never used. I did test it with water and it seems to work great for its purpose. It's a really neat thing to have when you need it. The sink water empties into the toilet and the toilet plunger flushes it for you. I don't know if there is any smell from being in the blackwater tank. It does hold over 5 gallons. You can also order a couple of different items, one of them being anchors to hold it in place.

So the whole set up is nice and works well. VERY durable and comes with storage bags, that also have room for chemicals stakes and the potty tent. ONLY PROBLEM: But if the port-o-potty gets hot is expands and blows back sewage all over you. You will need to pull the flush handle with the lid down before you sit down to release this pressure or you will get showered with the sewage from the storage tank below. Its not a huge deal but just be aware in extreme heat this can happen. There is also a pressure release button but you cannot reach it without taking off the top container of the potty. So releasing the handle or leaving it slightly open is what we started doing. If you treat the tank it doesn't stink so its no big deal to leave it a slightly open.

This works great in our cabin. We installed this in a bathroom in the cabin, easier than going to the outhouse (at night especially). Wish the sink was larger to keep from splashing out, but it works well.

Works as described. Had to watch another person's video to set it up, but overall happy with this.

The sink park works great. The toilet technically works great but once it’s filled, you cannot lift it. I wish they put wheels on it so I could wheel it to the front yard dump pipe. So for me, it’s a bad design. I’m not strong enough to lift it. Even my handyman had major issues carrying it to the front of our yard to dump it down the sewer so it doesn’t work for me. I’m gonna do a compost toilet instead for my she shed.

UPDATE: They did refund us for the replacement bag....The toilet and the sink is nice and works great ... but the only problem we had is the seller did not send us the bag that goes with the toilet..we contacted them and they wanted us to buy the bag.....it says it come with the bag . We did get the bag for the sink just not the toilet......

I purchased the sink and toilet combo for my glamping tent. Putting it together wasn't as difficult thanks to customers that posted videos. It was a little challenging getting the sink on the pedestal. The water hose is stuck so I'm not sure how to remove it to pack it away. The flow of water isn't so great if the tank is not full. The pump works as design. I live that it comes with a carrying case. If I can't get the house off I won't be able to test the water hose adapter.
