Does this suitcase meet the international carry-on measurements?

NO! This will not fit in the sizing boxes that airlines have at the gate. This is very misleading. Maybe one airline will let you "slide" by because the plane has larger bins but it does NOT meet airline carrying. Be nice and don't argue with the gates agents who are enforcing the rules. This suitcase is 20x18x9 SWA 24x16x9 AA 22x14x9. The length and depth are okay but not width. Just take an umbrella stroller.

What is the recommended starting age for this?

Does it have a rope to pull them with?

Can a child over 50lb use this?

I’m not sure. My son is just under 40 lbs and had no issues really. However if the suitcase isn’t full then it starts to cave in down the middle near the zipper
