Fit and shape is perfect
These are great, even if a little pricey. The shape has small ridges to secure in cavity when in the tightest mode. Great products

Worth the money
I wish I had the time and energy to make my own tenons to use with my domino joiner. But I don't. These fit perfect every time, are delivered fast, and if used with the proper amount of glue, are super strong. Buy them in bulk, better price and you will be more likely to turn to this tool which is never a mistake. I use a small paint brush to apply glue in the mortise and on the tenon. Much better technique to lightly cover all surfaces to be glued than to just squeeze the glue in the mortise and hope that it will cover well.

Time saved using these over making my own
You can easily make your own tenons, but the time it takes to cut and route out the wood is offset by the convenience of using these. I did the math and the time it saves me makes it worth it.

No surprises here...the domino tenons are precisely machined and work perfectly with the Festool domino joiners. Grooves in the tenons allow for improved glue distribution. Buying these tenons in bulk drives the per unit cost lower.
