How long does the light last after a full charge? Length of lithium life?

Hi, Light is small with a small battery. It will last from 1-3 hours depending on the mode used. If this is not enough, I recommend our chest light. We are working on a pro version that will have a much longer use time. Best, Jani

Just as long as you don’t pee on it!

Can this light be adapted to wear on wrist?

If you've got a wrist band on which to clip it, I believe it could be worn that way. I usually clip mine over the belt of my running pouch and it holds on well. I will say that the light is a couple of inches wide and rigid, so may not be the most comfortable thing to wear on your wrist, but worth a try if that's how you want to use it.
