The best polenta I have had in the USA. We love polenta and for years I was trying different kinds but ever since discovering Italian Roland brand I am searching no more. The grain is super fine, taste is super sweet and it is easy to cook. You cannot go wrong with this one no matter how you like it (soft like porridge or dense). It’s GF,V,Kosher.

This polenta is of a great quality. It’s a bargain of a price and can also be used to make cornbread or morning grits.

I've purchased this polenta meal several times and just love it. My polenta is always creamy and never lumpy. Has a great overall flavor. Direction on package my it easy for those that need a quick reference.BEWARE of other posts that give negative reviews and claim it's too fine of a meal. It is CLEARLY stated on the package that it's finely gound. So if you prefer a more course of a texture /polenta then this isn't for you.Also note, that the bag it comes in isnt the best. Its like buying flour from the store, when you grab the bag a little puffs out. Otherwise I think this product is great and will continue to purchase it.

Good product I just did not care for the way it’s packaged. It’s like a cloth bag that once you open, you have to find someplace to store it in.

I used to make polenta the traditional way, standing at the stove and stirring constantly for about forty minutes until it thickened. This is instant, thickens immediately without lumps, great taste. An Italian woman at work told me about it. Game changer!

I liked this polenta so well that I ordered a second bag. I have made marvelous corn bread with it! Great product, imported from Italy but at a competitive price and superior quality. Try it and you won't be disappointed!
