Ok for the price
Beautiful piece and great for the money. However, it is not as sturdy as I would like it to be and when closed it doesn’t looked leveled even though it is. Kitchen is not finished yet but you can see what I mean. Other than that it serves its purpose really well and I would purchase again if I had to. It looks great and for the price it makes a nice statement in my kitchen.

Great product and great experience
Let me start off by saying when we first received the pot filler we were very impressed with how solid it felt and how nice it looked The only problem was I didn't have a half inch NPT nipple to install it with. I emailed the seller and he was extraordinarily accommodating and sent me the nipple. It was very easy to install and it's a great compliment to our beautiful kitchen as you can see in the picture. thank you to the seller

Pot filler paradise
The media could not be loaded. I spent weeks looking at pot fillers and when I saw this one on Amazon it looked like exactly what I wanted. Ordered it, had it installed, which was easy, and I love love love it

Leaking upon installation
The product is beautiful. I actually ordered two. Unfortunately, my contractor got them installed after the window for returns. Upon installation, I learned one was too large for dog water cabinet and the other has a leak. I can not find an option for customer service or to reach out to the seller to try to return post window. This is a bummer since I spend over $200 on both and had to spend another $100 for a smaller dog watering area potfiller.I while the product is a beauty. I’m worried about the longevity and quality considering the brand new product is leaking.it’s also frustrating to not be able to contact the company directly since one of the two products were defective.

Beautiful and high end
For the money this is a must buy if you want a quality pot filler. This faucet looks great, it flows perfectly and folds easily out of the way. I have seen pot fillers that sag at the joints but this unit holds it's shape and with the two shut offs gives you comfort that you will not accidently spill onto your stove if someone opens it without a pot. A recommended purchase.
