Mark of Fitness MF36 Mark of Fitness semi-Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor

This is a great machine - easy to use, accurate and I appreciate the pulse reading and memory features. I believe the inconsistencies mentioned in other reviews might be "operator error". I had one error message, but it was my fault. I hadn't released the air prior to beginning the reading. If it is too tight you will get bad readings - the directions say you should be able to put two fingers under the sleeve. Simple to use and accurate.

The readings seem pretty accurate and consistent... Until the batteries get low.

This device worked about 80% of the time on myself and only about 10% of the time on my father. Unfortunately, it was a Christmas gift for him and not for me. We ended up getting a self inflating one at Circuit City that seems to be working just fine. It IS possible that the problem lies with him - possible faint heartbeat or high blood pressure but it is odd that the one at CC worked just fine.

The mark of fitness unit is easy to operatewith instructions that are simple and easily understood.I prefer it over self inflating units because the batterylife is longer. The batteries are not required to operate theinflation mechanism. The sound beep on the unit is very helpfullin warning you that you have enough inflation on the arm cuff.

Didnt like it, hard to understand how to use it and it didnt give me a single reading at all. So I returned it and paid few extra bucks to get an automatic blood pressure monitor from the same brand and is working fine.

Just what I needed a blood pressure kit that matches my doctors.

easy to use... we received it intact and in good condition.. good quality product but no extra battery on the pack!

There is really nothing special to write about this. It works fine as advertised. It is suprising easy to use. Since I am not a doctor, I can not comment about how accurate the readings are, but it seems to within the range I expected. For the price, I think it is a good deal. Recommended.
