I've struggled with post-menopausal problems for over a decade. Constant sweating and waking up at night and unable to get back to sleep. I was always a sticky, soggy mess by morning and would be lucky to get 4 hours of sleep. I kept hoping it would get better on its own, but there's no sign of that.I've tried just about every supplement on the market, from black cohosh to maca root, but nothing helped. At my age (62) it was impossible to find a physician willing to put me back on HRT. I was on HRT for 7 years then stopped due to fear of adverse health risks. But, there are worse health risks from constant sleep deprivation and health professionals don't seem to consider that. Then I discovered Bezwecken products. Wow what a godsend! I've tried many of the creams on the market but they did nothing.It took me a while to figure out a system & dosage that works. It turns out that sleep is improved primarily by progesterone, while the sweating required estrogens. Following info from reviewers, I use this product under my tongue before bed. When I tried that with the Phyto-B oil I ended up with spotting, so that one I apply on skin twice a day as directed. 4 drops per dose of the Phyto-B and 5 drops of the Progon is the minimum I needed. Now I am enjoying 7-8 hours of sleep every night and there's no more sweating. What a boost not only to my quality of life but also to overall health. To anyone considering using these products, do make sure you understand the potential risks (preferably by discussing with your physician).This ends up being a bit pricey, but so worthwhile. Unfortunately I see that Amazon has completely removed the Phyto-B product from its platform for unclear reasons and without explanation. It is still available on other sites and hope that continues to be the case. Meanwhile, the Progon product is readily available here (so far, knock wood) and I have it on subscribe & save.

Recommended by my Functional medicine Dr. who uses this product as well. Great replacement for prescription progesterone, for me. This product is potent and best used under the guidance of a professional.

Overall I am very satisfied with the Bezwecken ProgonB-L-4X progesterone oil. Actually Esctatic!I'm using it to balance hormones to improve prostate (BPH).For me, within about three days of using the ProgonB, I felt my sphinter had become much stronger.I still had to go!, but I had much more control of my "bladder". This was an unexpected benefit.After about 4 wks, nearly all of the "OMG, I must find a bathroom!" urges had subsided.Over time, other prostate functions have shown improvement as well.This is a little sensitive to talk about, but guys, you should really research this.I'm male mid 60's and was looking for solutions to BPH.(If you're a male over 55 you know what that is.)I stumbled upon work done by Dr. John Lee in balancing hormones to address this. Particularly the effects of high Estradiol. A quick inet search will get you plenty of his info. The initial test results confirmed that there was a chance for me that balancing the hormones could be a benefit. I’ve been taking this supplement for almost a year and it’s helped greatly! However, when I switched from buying it directly from my local naturopathic clinic to buying here on Amazon, my progesterone levels tanked and my health issues resurfaced in a matter of 2-3 months. I should have known finding it so much cheaper on Amazon was too good to be true. The health issues are not worth the savings! What an ultimate waste of money and also time and energy. Beware buying this here online!
