Hanes Drapery Interlining Bump Cloth, Natural Yard

worked just as I needed it too, used it to make an ironing platform, used 3 layers, stretched a little which was good. sometimes does fray a little but it worked for what i needed it.

We used this to make an ironing board 30" by 42" - it is doubled up immediately under the muslin cloth on top of the board. We found it to be a good choice - would have rather had wool, but this is working well. We used the Martha Stewart video for laying out the ironing board, and lacking wool bump cloth, decided to use this. We are pleased with the result. The packaging and shipping were great!

I ordered 2 yards of the Hanes bump cloth to make an ironing table. It is much thicker than quilt batting and is excellent for padding an ironing surface. I am please with the results.

Martha Stewart recommended bump cloth on her video to make a big ironing board. I have a big board and finally covered it with felt and then two layers of bump. Marvelous!
