Contractor installed and initially was working well and beautiful. Now 3-6 months later the finish is eroding. I suggest not buying. Our bath reno was a full gut and there is nothing hitting the faucet to make the finish come off so quickly.Functionally its perfect aesthetically you are gonna have to buy something more expensive.

I want to LOVE this- the design is perfect, install was easy. But...it leaks. At the handle, has since I installed it in July. I THOUGHT it had stopped but it turns out I had turned off the water when I took the handle off to see how it works so I could Google how to fix it. It stopped leaking so I thought- problem solved. Until...my dear hubs asked why there was no hot H2O in there. OOPS. Forgot to turn the hot back on. When I did- here comes the leaking. Leak, leak, leak. The hoses come attached- no clue how to get them out to try to fix it, since I am now past the return window. Anyone else manage to fix this??? Grrrrrrr.....

We bought this to install on our new vanity. We were going for a modern look with black fixtures, and this fit the bill perfectly. The body is all metal and has a good feel to it. We did not notice any defects. The installation was simple and straightforward. No leaks. It has a nice strong water pressure, even with the aerator. We wipe down the faucet when it gets wet, no spots far; but only time will tell with this type of finish. 100% recommend.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Bought three of these last year. The paint is already all scratched already from regular use and it looks awful. The next step is to replace and discard this. You get what you pay for. Shame on Amazon for peddling this garbage.

For the price I was disappointed with the low quality fittings on the supply line. The threads were cut incorrectly. Had to doctor them.** Still would purchase but be aware.

Remodeled our bathroom. This faucet works perfectly with our vessel sink. The only flaw is that the black shows water spots

Purchased one, waited to install. Installed and the top of the faucet leaked. Was after 30 days and couldn’t be returned. Contacted them through their website and no response. Ordered second faucet and it also leaked. Looks great but is a terrible product with no service.

I've owned this faucet for just over a year, and the finish is peeling off. I reached out to the manufacturer and was told that you can't clean it with regular bathroom cleaners!This was their exact response... "The matte black faucet could not be use with bathroom cleaner, because the ingredients in the cleaner will damage the faucet."Do NOT buy this product if you want it to last a long time.

Easy to install and worked well for about a month. Looks really nice too.Unfortunately it started leaking internally while I was at work. Came home to my basement covered in water and the vanity and floor on my main floor with a puddle of water. Checked all exterior connections and they're all good. Water is coming out of the internal fittings and leaking. Doesn't look like I can return it either and the KES site doesn't load for some reason.Going out to pickup a Pfister from home Depot today. Really unfortunate.

Manufacturing defect. Couldn’t install the faucet because the threaded tube wouldn’t catch onto the base of the faucet. Also super strange that it didn’t come with a drain. Bought one separately only to discover I couldn’t even install this thing!

No need for tool in a restricted space. Super easy to install with your hands only
