This is a beautiful quilt. The picture on the website does not do it justice. It's well made and heavy enough to use as a blanket to keep you warm at night. The measurements were true to the description. I would buy this quilt again!

The colors are very pretty. The stitching is really nice, it's very well made. It's nice and long, no need for a skirt. It's not very thick, but warm.

I love all the colors- and this isn’t too light or too heavy

I'm pleased with this purchase but there are a couple of points that keep me from giving it a full 5 star endorsement. The pros: 1) It's lovely -- a balanced and attractive combination of patterns and colors. 2) It is actually a patchwork of different fabrics and not just printed on one piece of fabric.3) It's generously sized and beautifully covers my high-top pillow mattress. 4) It did not shrink when laundered.The cons: 1) As other reviewers have reported, there is a "funky" sort of chemical odor to the quilt and shams and the fabric felt quite stiff. I had to launder it before use. There is still a slight residual odor, even after washing, but it's slight and no long a problem. 2) Also as other reviewers have stated, it does fade. I was very careful to wash in cold water, but the colors did fade somewhat. To be fair, that isn't a big problem to me -- I actually prefer the slightly faded "patina" -- makes it look truly vintage. It does not look too washed-out and the fabric softened after washing. Time will tell how much, if any, further fading occurs, but as it stands now, I'm still pleased with it.UPDATE: After about six months and several washings, I have had to retire this coverlet -- it did fade too much for my liking.

My bedroom has come alive with this beautiful country cover. The colors are beautiful, the design of the patchwork has been so carefully placed together! I’m enjoying my selection. I didn’t get the pillows cause I’m downsizing and it’ll be an unnecessary expense, I can use other pillows that will match just perfect. It is not heavy and drapes nice. The underside is just as beautiful, the patchwork side makes me happy, others have like it as well.

I NEVER spend this much on a quilt, but I'm so very glad I did!! It is absolutely beautiful and just perfect for room. The quality is amazing. The colors are rich. You will be so happy with this purchase. Highly recommend this quilt.

I ordered the queen size. It is advertised as having two pillow shams to be included - Queen Size Quilt Set Includes: 1 Quilt (95x95”) 2 Shams (20x30”). I did not receive any shams. I don't know if they are being shipped separately of if I should return the item.
