I am very skeptical of reviews on Amazon. After digging deeper, you read that the reviewer was offered free product for a 5 Star review. This company has NOT contacted to even ask for a review. Having gone through a Doctor supervised weight-loss clinic for 7 months & lost 40 pounds on RX Phentermine 37.5mg & Topamax 50mg (which you can purchase from a pharmacy in India without an RX called alldaychemist.com), I reached my goal weight & needed to maintain. Of course the weight loss clinic was happy to keep me on phentermine stepping down to 1/2 a pill every other day & coming in monthly, the cost would still be about $150 a month. Since I found the Topamax (HELPS with cravings) in India for CHEAP, I use source but they don't sell Phentermine. I still needed the Phentermine. I was/am scared I was/am going to gain my weight back. I even considered a road trip to Tijuana since I had purchased Phentermine in Mexico 8 years ago. I was telling my friend my plan & she told me her cousin was coming from Mexico & she'd have her bring me some from MX. Long story short; they no longer sell it in Mexico without an RX. Frustrated, I turned to Amazon looking for alternatives, saw this & decide to give this a try. Now, know I've been on the REAL 37.5 Phentermine for 7 months so I KNOW how this should perform. Yesterday was Day 1 & I tell ya; this stuff is AWESOME!!! It completely took away my appetite & cravings until dinner. I had ONE pill in the AM & didn't have a 2nd pill. Didn't need a 2nd pill. But, keep in mind, I am only 134 pounds & really just trying to maintain at this point. I am also very used to eating small portions. I did have the high energy Phentermine produces but wasn't jittery or nervous at all & I was able to sleep more deeply & soundly than I ever did than while on Phentermine. I have NO question that this could easily be a substitute for Phentermine. If anyone was considering this- my unbiased opinion, I'd DEFINITELY give this a try. "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" trust me! ☺️

Does not work well I tried this for 3 months

Works the same as the RX speckled blue diet pill without the inconvenience of a weekly/monthly visit to the “diet dr”. The directions are to take 2 pills with a meal twice a day. I take 1 pill with a small low carb ,low fat, with a healthy protein. For breakfast I may have egg whites with spinach with a few grape tomatoes on the side and a couple of mornings a week I’ll have a half cup of steel cut oatmeal instead. And I kid you not I am not even thinking about eating food or waiting for lunch to roll around. For lunch I keep it simple, leafy greens topped with grilled chicken or tuna. I keep a bag of protein shake powder at my desk incase I don’t bring lunch, I’ll make a protein shake but I notice I have to drink another one a few hours later. Better to eat a “real” meal. For dinner I eat some baked/grilled fish/chicken basted in a little teriyaki sauce with a grilled or steamed vegetable. Can’t even finish it. I did experiment taking the pill without food, but it didnt work so well at keeping my appetite under control. Not sure why, but the pill worked best with a little food. I may eventually graduate to 2 tablets at one time but for now the 1 is working well. I also don’t get jittery when I take it. That’s one reason why I’m scared to take 2 at once. I have taken 3 spread out throughout the day like 1 for each major meal. I don’t snack much if at all in between meals. I wouldn’t say this drug gives me a great amount of energy but it does give me a feeling of well being and enough energy to do what is needed for the day. I’m not looking to be all over the place. I haven’t incooperated excercise yet but I will. So far I am loosing a steady 3lbs a week no matter what. I’ll take it!!! I will check in every 90 days to let buyers or users know my progress. I have no regrets.

Ok, I'm gonna be completely honest here...I rarely write reviews, but I, like you depend on them for an honest look into a product that I am unsure of buying. I am giving these three stars only because I think they are a little weak. I have been using them for a week now, and I can't say that I am disappointed, but I can't say that I'm extremely impressed. Based on the other reviews, the ones I depended on which lead me to my initial purchase, I thought they would be comparable to phentermine, which I have taken in the past. Now, I have given these three stars because they are sufficient in appetite suppression and do give a boost of energy. However, if you are looking for the straight up zing and total appetite suppression like phentermine, and an absolute in comparison to phentermine these are not it and are a three at best...as they are weak in comparison. With that being said though, to be over the counter diet pills they aren't bad. I have had adequate appetite suppression and I've had quite the boost of energy without feeling like I'm on straight up amphetemines, which is great if you are over that feeling and don't want to feel that jacked up by a diet pill. I started out by taking one in the morning (around 7:30-8) and two at lunch (around 12-12:30) and it didn't do much...I also skipped my caffeinated coffee and I'm fairly caffeine sensitive. By day two I took two in the am and two at lunch, with morning and mid morning coffee and I was fine...no head crawling, jitters, or irritability, and I've continued doing that same thing for the remainder of this week. The first day I didn't have any soda (diet) but I have continued to have about 20 oz of fully caffeinated sugar free soda, as usual, for the rest of the week thus far. After three days I felt like my clothes fit just a little less tight. I haven't weighed myself to see if the scales have changed, but I am the person who relies on how her clothes fit instead of numbers on the scale, and it has only been 5 full days. But, I am also jumping back on the low carb bandwagon to lose weight and have been restricting my carbs this week. I will say that this time around after falling off the low carb wagon for 2 years and gaining the 50lbs that I need to lose, it has been much easier this time around after several attempts in that two year period to stick to the low carb diet, and I feel that is because of these pills. They are not going to be as strong as you want based on other reviews in my opinion, but they aren't totally a waste. I've had sufficient appetite suppression, increased energy levels and a mood boost with no side effects and I can sleep at night, but I will try Fastin after this bottle is gone as I have read that they are a bit stronger and more comparable to phentermine or adipex; i.e. stronger than these with more of a thermogenesis effect. I hope I helped with this review because the Lord only knows I needed an honest and detailed one before I bought these! Good luck on your weight loss journey..the struggle is real!
