This is working fine for me. One note, after a bottle ran out and I removed it, and the water remaining in the unit was coming out only at a trickle, it kept running the cooling unit. I don't think there's a sensor, so you should unplug it when it's empty. Not sure if it might cause an issue but it seemed to be running pretty hard with no water in there to cool. We picked this up to limit our use of bottled water. The dispenser was easy to unpack and install. The unit generates hot water perfect for instant oatmeal, ramen, or tea. The cold water is nicely chilled and the unit is fairly quiet. You'll notice it when it clicks on, but the sound is not obtrusive, and it doesn't seem to run very often after the initial setup. We have a couple places locally to get the water exchanges from and the process is smooth. The included coupons get you set up for free for the initial bottle and first exchange. We are drinking more water now and we've cut our single use plastic recycling dramatically. All around, I'm happy and satisfied.

So far so good! The cold water is cold, hot water is hot. It was super easy to set up as well!

The price is what attracted me to this unit. The only thing I don't like is it's hard to see where the outlet tubes are so I sometimes splash a bit because I don't have my container centered. But the hot water is really hot and it works otherwise fully as expected. Good deal on a nice water dispenser.

This product was scheduled to be delivered on September 28th but arrived September 20th. I was super happy it arrived early and it was free shipping!! This primo dispenser is simple and easy to use it’s eveything we were looking for and super cheap ! I checked the main primo website , Home Depot and amazon had the best price $114 wow! We got the white one and it looks classy and clean . Get it you won’t regret it

simply does not do its job. Water dispenses for 10 seconds then slows to a trickle and then immediately stops. No air bubbles come up, no amount of light shaking makes it work. Smh

Exactly what I expected. Easy to lift. Easy to set up. Durable. It runs quietly.
