I turned my second bedroom into a gym, and had to get creative with storage. I'm using these holders to store my trap bar, which used to take up a bunch of floor space, as well as my dip bar. I have a third that I'll be using for either a standard barbell or my belt squat attachment.The lag bolts are heavy enough that I have zero concerns about stability, but they were easy to install after drilling a pilot hole. Keep in mind that if you're drilling these into hardwood or masonry, you'll need an impact driver.I will certainly be looking at other items from this brand going forward.

When you decide to go all in on barbell work keep in mind that storing said barbell is going to need to be addressed. The cool thing about this is as a single barbell bracket is its size and girth, it is solid and worth the money.Do it right the first time, skimping with this kind of material is not the way. Barbells need to be respected, buy the right pieces and don't get cheap stuff.peace,t

This is the 4th PRX product I purchased. I bought this one to hang my curl bar. I've got one for my Olympic Weight Bar, one for each of the 5 medicine balls, one for my kettle ball, and one that holds all my bumper plates on four different tubes. All of the PRX product's i've purchased are heavy duty in design and very easy to install. But the best part is the convenience of having everything off the floor but in a reachable and readily available position. I highly recomend these products. It is a bit pricy, but well worth it when you consider what you are getting for your money.

Awesome product; quality but a little pricey. Used to lie my bar across floor (obstructing everything); now, saves space and looks great!

Heavy duty and fits in the small space between the wall and door frame where I wanted it to go. Keeps my barbell completely out of the way but easily accessible. Completely satisfied with the quality and functionality of this item.

I like how the mounting surface is ABOVE the weight bearing point so the weight is pulling DOWN on the bolts. Many of the others have the mounting surface BELOW the weight bearing point, which makes me nervous because the weight will be constantly pulling OUT on the bolts. It looks good and it makes it so easy to get out and put away my bar.

The bottom mounting bolt hits the bar and doesn’t allow it to sit all the way down on the mounting plate. I’m afraid that the bolt will eventual scratch the bar. It doesn’t seem to fit all bars but the idea is great and construction is sturdy. If I can find a flatter mounting bolt I’ll probably give this 5 stars.
