The media could not be loaded.  Update #3 seller kept dragging feet with answer's on return of this. Wanted photo of issue even after told them the issue and location if the leak. Tried to send video but was not allowed to be sent ( amazon blocked the email ) so i uploaded it to YouTube and sent the link broken up. Seller stated later on they did not get the link in email and requested me to call their support line. Told them i would not do so as there would not be a record for amazon of what was said or going to be done. While later i recieved a 2nd email requesting me to call their support line to get help with this and stated with photo of issue they may not need me to return it. I replied again stating since they kept wanting me to call them , i was going to just contact amazon and have them step in to resolve this. Amazon ended up refunding me my money paid for this pile of junk since seller wouldn't make up their mind what they wanted to do.Giving it only a 3 star till i go get oil and able to use it. This is NOT 2 CYCLE AS LISTED, IT IS 4 CYCLE AND DON'T EVEN COME WITH OIL! Now that i have opened it and go to use it i find out that it is not 2 cycle and did not come with oil to fill with so i gave to make trip to auto parts store to get oil for it and spend more money then i should have after buying suction hose and discharge hose for it . So now im over $250 in this not including oil i now have to buy!I'll update this once i test it out on the standing water behind my house thats a mosquito haven!Updated portion. Just tried to use this after running to get oil , to only find out the seal on pump portion was bad and without even starting it the pump was leaking where engine crankshaft / engine block and pump meets like there was a water faucet running down the engine block!

had a problem with the collar on the discharge port connection. tried to contact seller and got automated service that referred me back to amazon. tried to return and got a return label that i had to pay shipping cost. i got some disconnect fittings from local hardware to make it work.

This is a nice quiet little pump. It weighs less than I thought it would and it moves water when you run it. I think I'll put a wider more stable base on it as it keeps wanting to tip over when I move hoses around and such. I've got the base off my Harbor Freight 79cc pump that blew right after the warranty was up. Now I'll have a Frankenpump that sits where it's supposed to. I gave it a 4 because of the base.

6 months in on this pump and I'm still very happy! I do swimming pool maintenance so this unit sees way above the normal work load. I've read other folks that apparently couldn't tell a 4cycle engine from a 2, sorry can't fix that!! Some have said priming was an issue. As I frequently have to pull water up as much as 10' I rigged a priming setup that works flawless!

Can’t prime it, wrong manual , no warning about starting it without water in the head and no instructions as how to start motor . It looks nice but that’s where it ends. Guess I need to buy a Honda😞

So far this is a waste of money total piece of garbage. It runs, but won't prime, I even went out and spent more money to make a gravity feed system in order to help it prime NOPE STILL NOTHING.

The pump seems to be fine. Just note that the engine is not 2 stroke, it is straight Gas. The download manual is not for this pump.
