I originally purchased the Hyley’s weight loss kit teas and those were a little gross. Very earthy. They provided a colon cleanse sort of effect which is what I was going for.This time I tried the Slim tea (flavors like blueberry, raspberry, pomegranate) and these are delicious! They help with my constipation if I consume daily. I have definitely felt less bloated since using them and have lost a few pounds (probably water weight and stool, but still)

When I first tasted it I was upset because it taste like water lol with a tab bit of tea flavor. However the tea became my every night drink, only once a day. I'll let the tea bag sit for 30 minutes before drinking it. I'll either eat 30 minutes before or after I drinking the tea. Most say the tea doesn't work after drinking it so much.What I noticed "well for me" the tea decrease my appetite, it also makes me feel tired "maybe its just me" it relax me, after drinking it, there's this warm sensation goes through my body lol. Maybe it's just me.I timed this whole thing, I have a routine now. I drink it between 8-9 p.m it'll wake me between 4-6 a.m I'll be on the toilet for about 30 minutes or less. This would happen about 4 maybe 5 times that day.I don't have a big appetite, I do eat mostly at night so I think I've made the right choice by drinking this tea. Before drinking this tea my number 2 was only once a week it sucked big time. So you already know I'll most likely be drinking this tea for the rest of my life lol.. Or until my number 2 game gets a bit regular.Good thing this tea makes you pee as well alot.. So this tea like a water pill as well as a laxitve. The tea doesn't hurt my stomach how those detox pills did me. The tea does give you the poop feeling pain but nothing like omg I can't take this. If you drink water it'll help with the pain. You'll have to pee alot on this tea... I get angry because I have to go pee when I just got comfortable after i just peed.I ended up buying myself two more of the 42 count so I don't run out. Happy it won't harm me all natural herbs.. I'll say I don't feel it has caffeine of course not it does say drink before bedtime. And on top of it, it has me more relaxed than energetic. Not a problem for me.I do recommend this tea, I'm not getting paid or a free gift for my review i test products and leave my honestly experience.

So here's the thing: the bad reviews saying this is not a weight loss tea are semi-correct; it is a laxative tea. You'll drop a pound or two...into the toilet. It's good tea, if you're having stomach problems or are backed up, this is a good one to stick to, but if you're trying it for it's "weight loss" capabilities you better hope you have an iron stomach because if you aren't used to laxatives or laxative teas, this will make you think you have a major stomach disease or something like that while you're running back and forth to the bathroom. About the flavors, I like them all. It's best made iced and with a bit of sweet n low or some type of sweetener. Overall, I do recommend it for those with iron stomachs, those who have sensitive stomachs it's probably not a good idea to try it.

I'm not one to write reviews often but this tea definitely does clean you out and helps with weight loss!The 1st 2 weeks, I lost 10 pounds!(Without changing diet)I drink it at night, it's the last thing I consume before bed (besides water)I have always had a problem with food cravings at night but when I drink this tea, it helps me avoid eating late at night.My mom and sisters could tell I lost weight, I hopped on the scale when they were over and they saw the proof!10 pounds!So they bought some tea too.My advice, use 8 ounces of water for 1 tea bag as it states on the box and also...《THIS IS IMPORTANT》☆Make sure you go to the bathroom in the morning before you go anywhere!This product won't give you the runs but it will clean you out, so when you gotta go.... you gotta go so be close to a bathroom!!!!In the morning, I have a cup of coffee and then use the bathroom.One day I took my child to the bus stop and I had a cramp, I almost didn't make it to the bathroom!Thank goodness her bus stop was only up the street and I drove!My bf uses miralax and he now drinks this tea at night.So he replaced this tea instead of uses miralax all together!The best part about this tea is that it's ALL NATURAL!Not to mention it's not expensive at all!I ordered more!

I've been drinking this tea for some time, and I'm very pleased with the results . It has helped me lose some weight and it’s also improved my digestion health. I've seen a big change. It can cause some cramps before you go to the bathroom, but you’ll feel fine afterward. The tea tastes good, and the box comes with various flavors. If you keep using it regularly, you will notice results. Thank me later
