This was a great idea and I was excited to buy a few of these for Christmas gifts this year but was royally disappointed.You load the foam balls into the hopper and turn on the unit. It has a wheel that spins like many pitching machines but only a single wheel that is in the top. The biggest issue is that it will only pitch the first ball about 8’ and the rest of the balls stay hung up in the hopper as they fo not have enough weight to drop through to make contact with the wheel. Was a total flop of a gift. Even if the balls would make it the actual unit is not able to be aimed properly, only option is to put it on top of a more elevated object higher than the batter.We did however end up playing with the bat and balls as they were actually pretty cool and was pitchable

It was so much wrong with this item. At one point it shot too many balls out at one time and then other times the ball would fall and not come out at all

Balls get hung up and don't launch if set in one of the angled positions. I set it up to launch on top of my trash bin to elevate it so I can use it in the flat position. Does not fire very far. I don't want my kids using it unsupervised. It will jam with the balls when angled up.

From the above rated features, save your money! The thing jams up and doesn't work at all.

Okay product for the price. Bought for my son to play outside. The only issue is that as the balls drop into the "pitching" area, they frequently do not drop with enough force to be picked up by the picture and therefore need a push from behind I order to be "pitched." This makes it difficult when playing by yourself.

I should have listened to the bad reviews before purchasing. Stopped working after a few uses. Kids disappointed as it was one of their Christmas gifts.
