Love love love it. Great on your skin and the smell is divine

I normally use Body Shop directly but was in a rush for delivery. I've read some bad reviews but thought it couldn't be that bad, knowing Body Shop products. This though doesn't look to me like a Body Shop product. Firstly, smells awful. You can smell some of the nice satsuma scent but it's mixed with something else and altogether it makes it unusable. Secondly, the texture is different, it's more creamy and runny than any body butter I've had from Body shop. And lastly, the packaging looks like cheap, thin plastic, also different to what I'm used to. Do not buy this, mine are going in the bin. I got one for a friend but would be embarrassed to give it to someone.

Smells nothing like satsuma at all, plastic smell, these are the older versions of what's now selling in the body shop these are off! Out of date! well past their sell by date. Wish I read the reviews before I purchased.

Smelt lovely good texture and good size for party favours and not too expensive

Not impressed to be honest. We came to the end of a tub which had lasted for years and this seemed to be the closest, although I thought a little pricey. On first opening they could have saved a lot of plastic in the packaging as the “butter” only half fill the pot, depth wise. On trying to apply the product is rock solid and all you can do is run your finger tips over and over to try to obtain some to run onto your skin, at best this will achieve a thin film on your fingertip. Would not recommend based on this

This is so special to me. You can’t buy it at my local Body Shop store and it is amazing to have it shipped all the way from the UK.
