Nixon Corporal SS A346. 100m Water Resistant XL Men’s Watch (48mm Watch Face. 24mm Stainless Steel Band)

I bought this watch because I already owned the all-gold (Black plus Nixon Camp Cup) version of the Corporal SS and I thought it was a great watch but just too flashy to wear every day. After a few months of going back and forth over different styles entirely, I found myself right back here at square one, looking at the blue face. I'm so happy I stuck with Nixon because the watch came in and it's everything I wanted it to be. The blue face has just the right amount of shine on it, so it doesn't stick out. The weight of the watch just feels nice on my wrist - really feels like you got something nice on (and you do!). Right out of the box, it is packaged very well and wedged in a "foam box" so that the watch sustains no damage on shipping. Wow the shine on this when you pull it out of the box! This is a great conversation piece as people will notice the name and want to know more about the watch.I can safely say that this watch is just as good quality as my gold and black Corporal SS, and now I don't have to worry about looking too flashy with a gold watch. I can enjoy the same style and uniqueness, in a different color. Arrived on time, no scuffs or scratches, and the watch face was clean out of the box with 0 dust or fingerprints. Let me tell you, once you find a good watch for you, such as this Nixon, it can make all the difference in the world, and it surely did!Thanks, Nixon!

I actually love this watch! I wanted to give it 5 stars but there were some big functionality issues.The Good:First, let me say I never write reviews but I'm such a fan of this watch that I felt the need to say something. I'm picky about my watches and was in need of an all black watch. I looked around for almost two years waiting to find the right one until I came across Nixon's Corporal SS. The size was perfect, the face wasn't to big or small, it had some nice weight to it and the design looks smooth and a little aggressive at the same time plus it comes in a million other colors and finishes. In the beginning its worth $200The Bad:The only problem I had with this watch was the band. The materials used to hold the watch together seem too weak for the weight of the watch. I received my watch in September of 2017. I didn't wear it everyday but frequently, about four months later some time towards the end of January I reached for my suitcase at the airport and the band just gives out and my watch falls to the ground. yes, it was pretty embarrassing. I actually ran into someone else with a silver version who switched his band to a leather one because he was tired of similar problems with the band. C'mon Nixon, it looks amazing but a watch has one main job...Stay put while keeping the time. I actually loved the watch so much I was planning on collecting it in a few other colors. The band being the same color and finish as the face was a cool factor that led to my purchase but it doesn't matter if I cant wear it. I haven't decided if I all give this watch another shot. I figured $200 would have gotten me a lot more longevity than four months.

I had one of the worst experiences with purchasing this item! The watch is perfect and will make a great gift, however, it was late. I paid extra to have next day shipping which caused some mix up with Amazon that no one was willing to help me fix! I spoke with a customer service rep that kept sighing as if I was wasting his time, asked to speak to a supervisor who was even worse! I can't believe such a well known company allows their employees to treat customers in such a way! I was also told I would be refunded for the mix up with shipping but wasn't! I have considered ending my prime membership over this experience! I would leave 0 stars but that's not allowed!

my bf had been wanting the ss corporal for a while now but its 2 bills through Nixon. When i found it on amazon i immediately bought it. the watch itself came in perfect condition. the amazon packaging could have been better, it had wiggle room inside the box. still, nothing was broken. the face is hard to see at night and the arms need to be exposed to light in order to glow, normal day exposure wont light them up enough to see at night. its still a fantastic watch, i ordered him a large and he had 1 1/2 links removed. fits perfectly

Good looking watch. Edgy & different. I don't like how heavy it is or how difficult it is to see the numbers on it but I'm getting is as a gift for a highschooler--he may not care about these things. Just wish the dial lit up... And the box it comes in isn't great (at all). Had contemplated returning it & getting something different but haven't found anything I like better so I'll probably stick with it. Overall cool watch though and seems to be well made. Chose it for the price point, quality, overall aesthetic and like the matte black.

Purchased this watch on a Prime deal of the day and couldn't be happier. It's a very solid watch. If ya have smaller or skinny arms avoid this watch. It is a bit heavy but normally that translates to well made. The watch is comfortable and I wear it alot. Very classy modern watch. I would highly recommend this watch and would purchase again.

It's very elegant yet unique and easy to read in the daytime. Love that it is sturdy and truly waterproof. I had to buy a kit for $7 to add the extra link that was provided because I like my watches loose but that was cheap and easy enough since they sent the link with the watch. If only the dial had some way to be seen in the dark or even near dark it would be 6 stars.

This watch is awesome, I didn't use to wear a watch but saw this one and bought it and now I'm wearing it almost every day. Really like the black color but the downside is that it can get scratched really easy. So fat mine doesn't have any scratches but read that Nixon offers repairs if needed.Only thing to consider is the size, I'm tall so it doesn't look weird but if you're tall or like watches that are somewhat big go for it.

Beautiful watch but almost impossible to read in the dark, having said that I wouldn't hesitate to buy another if I were to loose it.

I have wanted a Nixon watch for some time now. Had my eye on this one and saw that it was on sale, so I purchased it. In my opinion, it looks better than in the photos. I bought the silver-tone/gunmetal one and the gunmetal face is very nice. The watch has a little bit of weight to it, but is not overly heavy at all. It is solid, well made watch.Is is one of the few watches that I own that is not a chronograph and I think the only watches I ever had to ADD links in to make it fit (which are included in the box), but easy enough to do when you already have the proper tools to do so.I have received quite a few compliments on the watch from friends and coworkers. I do not think this will be my one and only Nixon watch.

Purchased this watch from a seller called watcheszon. Because of the unreal price and the fact that it came from overseas, I was half expecting the watch to be a knock off but to my surprise it arrived well packaged, with warranty and is absolutely new and authentic. Watch is beautiful and a little darker in person. It's a men's watch and I am a woman who was looking for a nice oversized masculine watch and this is perfect! I'm very pleased with the watch and the transaction. A+

Beautiful genuine Nixon watch. My husband loves it! The only downside is it’s a bit hard to see the numbers with black on black, but that’s kinda obvious when you’re buying black on black!

Wow! Cannot believe how fast it was delivered ! I love the watch ! But i have 1 issue!!! I recieved the box with a price tag in it that says srp 200$ the tag is for corporal ss and i was charged 235$ plus tax . Just curious???

Non ajustable. J'ai des poignets moyens et elle est un peu lousse. Un peu lourde.

Nice watch at first, but after only 2 month the watch started to show serious wear. I can see the bare metal under the black paint on the watch band and the watch was not worn everyday. Now I've paid 200$ for this watch and it look like crap...

Watch looks great and is genuine! So much cheaper than going to a shop, and considering it shipped from Hong Kong it came pretty quick!If you like large, weighty time pieces than this is for you. This watch gets noticed. I may never buy another watch again!

This watch is actually really nice but my son don’t like it, I have passed the date to make returns, so that’s something I’ll have to keep an eye on for my next purchase
