A Great Little Kit!
I’ll start by saying I’m usually quite hard on the Warlord-Italeri kits and, in my opinion, not without good reason. Fit issues, poor instructions, and gaps in track and hull are the issues I’ve encountered most often across the very wide variety of Bolt Action kits that Italeri produces for Warlord Games. This kit is a shining exception, much like the Soviet T-34/85 kit (alas, not the T-34/76)! It goes together well, with minimal gaps in hull or turret. Do yourself a favor and read through the instructions at each stage, and do some dry fitting before you glue. Especially on the tracks, if you take your time, do plenty of dry fitting, and glue sparingly, the tracks will fit the road wheels like a glove and you won’t have any gaps. This kit is not super detailed. If you want stowage, you’ll need to go with aftermarket kits (Value Gear does some really nice ones especially for this kit). But it comes with everything you need, and I didn’t even need to go into the spares box when it came to decals. Rubicon does some very nice kits but their inexplicable choice to use ABS plastic means I go with Warlord almost every time. This kit goes together with Tamiya Extra Thin cement, or any other thin polystyrene cement, like a dream. No need to gunk it up with huge amounts of glue, much less CA super glue! I did use Vallejo plastic putty to fill a few gaps, and it does the trick while being water soluble and super easy to clean up. With a little planning, you won’t even need to sand it afterward. So don’t hesitate on this one - this is a very solid kit for building M4 Sherman 75mm tanks. If you want something more specialized like the 76mm guns, a Firefly, or a British Sherman, you’ll need to go for one of the more specialized kits. But for a bog standard M4 Sherman with a 75, you really can’t beat this kit.

The Universal Sherman
Well, it's a plastic Sherman, early model (you can tell by the narrow gun mounting on the mantlet). Not what I would have chosen, but I understand the choice: This way, the model can be used in any theatre, any year of the war. This is the make that soldiered from Tunisia through Sicily, Italy, France, and Germany (some even made their Lend-Lease way to Russia, so Soviet forces can use this model, too!). I was disappointed in the lack of higher detail from the Italeri kits I used to make in the 1970s, but I now know that model kit detailing has changed since then (you pay for the higher levels, now...and how!). It assembles well, and is a pretty decent model kit. I did wish it came with some crew, at least a commander. If you want to modify it to other makes of Sherman, well, your job is cut out for you. On the other hand, it's exactly the right mark to make into Oddball's Sherman from Kelly's Heroes; just crudely lengthen the barrel, and find a piece to make into the battered speaker on the right front of the turret!

Great product
I bought this for my 14 year old son, who put this together in a couple of days between finishing homework assignments. It was a great short-term project during the pandemic & virtual learning and it got him away from his computer for a while. It was reasonably easy for him to put together while offering a couple of mild challenges (the parts are small enough it was a good opportunity to learn a lighter touch). All in all, it was a nice product for a good price.

Check your parts!
Love the product, however mine came with 2 of the same tank treads for the top half of the treads made a little difficult to glue left and right tracks. But luckily enough I was able to with a little modeling make it work.

Lots of fun
Loved these tanks. Ordered them when sitting a friends 5 yr old. Great fun. Set up cardboard ramps and tunnels for them to climb. Battery lasts a long time.
