We ordered the fridge and it came in severely dented. We returned it and got another one, and that also came in severely dented. This left us with hours spent breaking down huge boxes and having broken refrigerators sitting in our house for weeks until they were picked back up.That said, the product looks amazing and would be exactly what I wanted if it wasn’t damaged. This would be a 5 star review if I could have a product delivered that didn’t have massive dents in it.

I just got the refrigerator today and I have been in the restaurant business since 1982 so I could pretty much tell what the deal is within a day except for the obvious long term reliability which remains to be seen :1. The unit cools product cold enough but it does have a weird cycle. It stays off longer than any unit that I have seen even if you put it on the highest setting.2. The unit makes a bit too much noise but it's not unbearable.3. It is a very sleak looking and decently built unit overall. I got the 9 CU FT. unit and it is very easy to move around too.4. The light is perfectly suited to the unit. Well lit but not overly so.5. Delivery was a bit rough and from what other reviewers have said was similar to my situation. There was a scratch several inches long X 1/4 inch wide on the side of the unit. I don't consider it a big deal though. I used a permanent black marker to cover it up and it's hardly visible. The reviews here are what influenced my color choice. Black , imo is easier to fix. Other than that the delivery was better than timely. It was a day early. I was surprised to see that.

Love the look, wouldn't cool below 40. I've ordered an after market thermostat to try and fix it. It also had a bad rattle inside underneath, I just stuck a piece of foam the to make it quit.
