Alpine customer service was awesome helping me on this. It's wonderful & have no problem with it in my river fountain. Water is always clear & looks so refreshing. My fountain is inside our honey so any film would show up & there's never any. Easy to follow directions.

Good, Safe and cleanliness too.

The media could not be loaded. Since using the product my fountain runs smoothly and quietly. No complaints.

Keeps build up from happening

Good product. I've purchased this product 3x in this year at $13.00/per bottle. That is reasonably priced. I went back to purchase again a little over a week ago, and they tripled the price to $31.00/per bottle!!!! I asked the seller why it's priced from $13 in May 2020 to $31 in June 2020. No response except a lowered list price to $20.98. This is a small bottle of a good product, but not worth more than the original price of $13/per bottle. I would continue to purchase this product IF they would price it properly.

I’ve got a large indoor floor fountain that I don’t always run consistently. As a result, it can get pretty rank.This stuff not only got rid of the smell but it’s running better than it did when I first got it!

I used a cheaper fountain cleaner thinking all cleaners were the same. Boy was I wrong. The water turned brown, smelled and there was white fuzz all over the fountain. I had to dump the water and clean the fountain. From now on will only use the Alpine Fountain Cleaner.
