Exellent Quality and Works Perfectly
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. All I can say is WOW! I previously purchased the Max Kare stationary exercise bike and was so impressed with the quality of that unit that I ordered their inversion table as soon as it was available. As was true for the exercise bike, I found the quality to be excellent. The parts were heavy duty gauge metal and fit together perfectly. I also appreciated the fact that everything was metal – there were no plastic parts like you find in some exercise equipment. To me, this is really a mark of good quality.I was especially impressed that all of the drilled holes that you put bolts into were perfectly placed. I didn’t need to do any adjusting at all to fit the bolts into the holes, which made assembly so much easier.I also found the table to be extremely stable. I had someone stand by the unit and spot me when I used it the first time to make sure it was stable and didn’t rock. Turns out this was not needed because the unit was rock solid stable, even when I reclined fully upside down. The movement of the platform you lay on is very smooth, making it easy to both recline as well as straighten up again. This is probably what impressed me the most, as it makes the unit so much more easy and comfortable to use.I found it simple to assemble and appreciated that all necessary tools were included. Working by myself, it took me about an hour to assemble. That included opening the box and laying out all parts and checking them off the parts list to be sure they were all there (which they were). If I had someone helping me, it would probably have taken way less than an hour. All of the the nuts, bolts and washers were in a sealed package and labeled, which really sped up assembly because when the instructions referred to a part number it was easy to find. What helped most in the assembly is that virtually all of the parts fit together perfectly. With other equipment, I’ve found that sometimes holes aren’t exactly drilled properly, making it difficult to insert the bolts. This was NOT the case with this piece of equipment. My back feels much better after several sessions on this table and I was even able to skip my physical therapy appointment. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and value of this purchase. I've attached a short video giving some more info about the unit and my impressions.

Easy to put together and get much pain relief on my back
Putting it together was pretty easy. It came with all the tools needed. It only took me about 30 minutes of that to assemble. Once assembled I was pleased to see it was very sturdy/solid and smooth/quiet.I weigh about 200 pounds (6'2) and it fits very well on it. I think it can adjust to accommodate up to 6'6 and 300 pounds. The lumbar pad is a nice idea. I have daily pain in my lower back and really get much relief from it. Now I use it at the 30 degree angle and I feel like I can fall asleep on the table.I usually use it about 3-4 times a day for 5-10 minutes at a time. I just climb on and invert for 5 minutes and I feel great afterwards. I'll often stretch myself out even more while I'm inverted by using the handles. Also important to note, I have not needed to go back to the chiropractor since I started using this inversion table. I can't say the table alone is the reason for my turn around since I am also religiously doing back stretches and exercises every morning as well... but the combination has changed my life. Overall I think it works great.

Works as intended, with very few flaws
It works as intended. There might be small quality issues such as shoe grip strips wasn’t really glued on well and they were already off, straight out of the box. Also left arm handle wobbles as it is only attached with 2 screws when the right one has extra 3rd attachment that makes it sturdy. The back of the table could have been finished with better quality material also. All that is shown in my photos. But as it does the job and is not as pricy as some other ones on the market, Its a keeper for me, even though with few minor hiccups. Assembly took 40 min by 1 person, instruction book includes clear step by step. All tools included.

Hang Around & Feel Better in Minutes!
This is a real piece of gym-quality equipment. Save money and assemble it yourself. Requires erector-set mechanical ability to assemble (nuts and bolts, ability to think a bit in three dimensions, some manual dexterity). The parts arrive beautifully organized in shrink wrap. As to use, if you’re vertically challenged, you may need someone to steady your entry and exit. And some upper body strength (not much) is required to return from inverted to level. That said, I’m old (lol), enter and exit carefully, and find the pull to upright is mild exercise I can use anyway. And the results are great, even somewhat addictive, in a positive way. I started with the adjustment pin in the middle position, at a slant. Rocking gently side to side my back and neck adjust themselves. Gauged by the headrest, you can actually feel your compressed body relaxing itself out taller! I had been using it 10-20 minutes a day in the evening while listening to music. That felt so good, I began twice a day, AM & PM, just because I wanted to! About 3 days ago I made the leap to total inversion and was relieved to find my hesitation was somewhat unwarranted. There is only more pressure on the ankles. That could be alleviated by wearing some ankle-covering boots, which might also help some users to stabilize themselves stepping in and out of “the rack.” Also, keep the tools supplied and check bolt tightness occasionally … common sense, right? I had the nut for the lock arm (with a spring on it) fall off, obviously because I hadn’t tightened it enough, as it’s a self-griping thread. It does fold up (somewhat) for moving or storageI, but I’ve decided to permanently sacrifice about 4’ X 2’6” of space in my not-oversized living room for the long-term benefits provided. I got this, by the way, because I have RA, and my massage therapist told me that every time she suggested one of these (inversion table generally, not by brand) to a patient with backaches, she lost them as a client! She’s still my friend, though ...
