The assembly is extremely easy, I only used 15 minutes to set all screws and started running.It is very quiet and the pre-set work-out programs are great!My favorite part of this treadmill is the brand new design of the display. The adjustable display and the white led light do make me read the real-time exercise data more comfortably. The whole machine is very awesome and I love it!

So for the price this is a very good treadmill I really love the display panel and how the buttons are on the arms on each side. There’s a cute cupholder that comes with it that you screw to the side of the right arm. It has three levels of incline it Don’t go up super high but it’s enough to make your run a little more productive. It’s not very large so it’s easy to move and it’s when you don’t have a lot of room works out really well. The coolest part about this thing is how easy it is to flip it up into the fall and position it doesn’t fold completely in half but folds enough and it has this neat bar holding it up and when you just simply press your foot into the bar it slowly goes down so you don’t even have to put it down manually it totally does it itself. For anyone larger In height this wouldn’t work out well for someone with long legs I’m 5’6”and this is probably going to be perfect for me but any narrow or or shorter and this would’ve not worked out. So I would say it’s perfect. Anybody on a budget who really needs to exert energy somehow especially during the climate we have in the world today with the COVID-19 thing I will say this is a good buy. I’m canceling my gym membership and this will cover me for what I need most which is some cardio. The only negative I have which isn’t much because I’m OK with it is there was a slight scuff on the circle of the arm on the left side no big deal doesn’t affect it in anyway.

This took about 45 minutes to assemble as the instructions weren't great, but was eventually easy to figure out. This treadmill is pretty heavy so if you are putting it upstairs you might need some help carrying it. I lift weights regularly but my office job requires sitting so I'm not getting much cardio during the week and at age 59 I really needed something to keep me moving and this is a better full body workout than an exercise bike. The treadmills display is very easy to read and exceptionally easy to program, and the treadmill itself doesn't take up a great deal of room. It's quiet which I think is great and appears to be pretty sturdy so far. You don't have to let go of the handles to increase or decrease the speed or to turn it on or off which is a plus. I would highly recommend this treadmill.

This is 100% worth the price, if not more. I have done countless hours researching cheap treadmills and this beats any by a long shot. There's $1000 treadmills out there that don't even come close to all the features, portability, and speed this provides. I'm a 5'8 guy, 135-155lbs depending on the season (amateur bodybuilding), and this has everything I was looking for.Assembly took about an hour, as the instructions were in a laughable broken English but it didn't prevent me from finishing. It was quite entertaining actually to read some of the translations, ex. "to avoid hurt" lol.Super light, super quiet (1st floor apartment), super portable.Two tiny complaints -1. The computer stand is really bent to the right, which COULD throw off someone who is new to using my treadmill as it will feel you're running a bit slanted, but the tread belt is absolutely fine! No complaints there, as you can easily adjust the angle of the belt no problem. Not sure if anyone else had this not as skew with their order.2. The pressure stand that prevents the tread from falling when folded, is really quirky to work with. I'm needing to instead use my hand to manually unfold the tread, but it's important not to apply pressure to speed up the falling unfolding process of the tread as I think it would break the folding mechanism.If you're real careful handling this tread, you will have no problem running on it as it goes up to ~8.5 MPH! I am blown away for the speed and pricepoint this gives! I never go above a 6, as I don't personally need to.This order did take some time to get in, about 2.5 weeks, but #covid so I'm not complaining there at all.Superb purchase, 100% worth the money and I'll be highly recommending this to my friends and family. Here's to hoping it lasts me at least a year! We'll see 🤞
