I have been using this for a few months now, and i highly recommend it. It has helped me tremendous with my shoulder pain. My rotator cuff had been killing me for about the past 4 years. It had gotten to the point where i was unable to lift my arm. After a few weeks of using 100 Naturals Joint 3X Joint Supplements I started to notice the pain was decreasing. It has been a total of 5 months since I started using this product and the pain is gone.I am able to lift my arm freely without pain and have began to exercise completely pain free. Do these work to relieve the ache in your sore joints? Maybe.Losing a few pounds probably is the key though.I started taking these because my hip joint was aching badly. This is a very excellent product. It seems to work, from what I can see. I have been lifting weights for only about two years, and at some points, I have an elbow joint problem. It pops and interferes dramatically with my workout. Also, when doing lunges, my knees will pop and it can be discomforting and/or annoying. Both definitely ruin the workout; I even had to stop for a few months because of the elbow issue. It got to the point where I could not do a simple tri-pushdown without it hurting. This problem recently started to slowly appear, after about 10 months of it being gone. I decided to look up and find a product which might help. This led me to this product, of course. All I can say is that I think it works. Whether it's placebo or not, it works. I have not had any problem whatsoever with my elbow. I am able to do heavy weight without the worry of it popping. My knee is better, but still not perfect. I wish the product was a little cheaper, but I think I will keep purchasing it. I just wish it was available for subscribe and save.

I was having trouble with flexibility in both knee joints, not pain in the front but flexibility on the back side. After taking the first bottle at the recommended dose of 5 per day, I started to notice the pain decreasing and the flexibility returning to both knees. Now I'm about half way through the second bottle and I can honestly say that I think this stuff actually works! I'm not 100% but I'd say I'm at least 75% back to what life was like before my problem existed and in less than two months. I can't attribute my recovery to anything else. Joint 3X is the real deal.

As much as I wanted this to help with my arthritic shoulder and knee this did absolutely nothing for me. I took it religiously for 1 month and nothing.

I bought this for my dog that was hit by a car & had both his hips & thighs replaced w/titanium. The vet stated that as he aged, as w/humans, he would suffer from stiffness & arthritis. I was using a perscription perscribed by the vet which was quite expensive & were diificult to give to my dog due to being huge tablets. Even when using a pill cutter, he would manage to spit them out. I found that the ingredients were the same as OTC supplements for humans. I can open the capsules & mix in w/his food; no coaxing w/treats to swallow whole. When I started to experience pain/discomfort in my own joints, I started using this as well. I noticed relief w/in weeks.

This is a waist of money. there is no reason I should have to take 5 pills a day.

For years, I've dealt with joint pain from working out and running. As I begin training for races (half marathons) - it's no surprise that the pain tends to become more noticeable. I've tried different supplements to help curb the pain and so far, this one is promising. I'll begin formal training in a few months for my next race; fingers crossed. By starting this a few months early and getting it in my system . . . I'm hopeful that it will help. The recommended dosage may seem like a lot (5 pills) but will be totally worth it if does the job! Also, smelling inside the bottle is a bit fishy (no surprise) BUT they are not fishy tasting. If you are on the fence - give it a try!
