We have tried many different kinds of dental treats. This is the only brand my dog likes.

This is the only dental treat that my tiny dogs will eat! It’s difficult to find good food and treats for dogs as tiny as mine. Their mouths are so small that I can’t get my fingers in there to brush their teeth. These treats make it easier for me to get them daily dental care, which is better than none at all.

It would be nice to not have such an offensive odor when I open the bag. IDK why my dog likes them but I think she knows they are 'treats" so she just eats them with joy!I have not noticed any improvement in her plaque or breath though, her breath may actually be worse but I have had to change her food so I cannot blame these.

My baby boy Shih Tzu is 14 years old and loves these. I should have ordered a smaller size. I have the smaller ones on auto ship.

My Chihuahua has lost a few teeth over the years and as such, between brushings, his breath can get pretty rank. We do these treats each night to combat plaque and bad breath. When I first began ordering them over six months ago, I used to be able to break them into pieces with my hands. My dog loves the taste and can’t wait for them every night. The last few months of my subscribe and save, though, they’ve been getting harder for me to split into pieces and harder for him to chew. I opened the newest bag this evening and could barely cut it and he couldn’t chew it at all. he tried for a minute so I gave the rest to my pittie who was able to tough through it, but it was even hard work for her. If they’re fresh, they’re great - if they’re not, they’re terrible. Canceling my subscription based on the severe lack of quality control.

These do freshen my dogs breath and he likes them but other than that I don't think they do much. My issue is the formula changed!! The first ingredient changed from rice flour to long grain rice. I do not read the labels on auto ship orders unless the package states new formula or new recipe. Well, his eyes have been watering (he never has this issue unless it is due to a food allergy or intolerance). I have changed practically everything he eats, I even got him a new water bowl but he was still having the issue. I was literally out of ideas so I started reading every single label on every single thing including the stuff he's been eating all along and that's when I found out about this change. If you change the formula state it!! Luckily I have another bag with the original ingredients, which I gave him one from today and no watering, but I may need to start buying this at a pet store so I can read the label every time to be sure which recipe it is.

My dog loves these treats and knows exactly when she’s going to get them. I inherited her when she was about 6 months old and she always had THE WORST breath. Like rotten puke left in a bag in a car on a hot summer day kinda bad. I asked the vet and she did have two baby teeth that had to be removed, so that plus a plaque cleaning while she was under still didn’t do anything. The vet also said chihuahuas are notorious for horrible teeth especially as they get older and she’s half. So I looked up the best dental stuff I could find her and have stuck with these treats for the last 5 years. No more bad breath and the vet can’t believe how health her teeth are.
