Bought this for the kitchen, mainly because I watch Netflix more than tv channels. Easy to install. Some of the apps don't work well for example ITV player. You can't access now tv app on this tv. Picture quality great, sound not too bad but we added a bluetooth speaker for better quality.

Was really pleased with this purchase, great size for a small desk in a bedroom.Great image for gaming and watching films and TV shows.Handy buttons on remote for immediate access to streaming providers.

Not the best sound quality which is a real shame. The Bluetooth is a totally useless function as you cannot control the volume up or down on a connected device so you're stuck with the internal speakers.. Whoever was too lazy to program that functionality needs to be fired... The Netflix and Amazon Prime work extremely well as does the BBC iplayer. ITV player is rubbish and buffers constantly whereas all the other apps don't.

I wanted a smart TV I could use in a room with no aerial and chose this one. So very pleased with it. Stand was very easy to attach and it connected to my wifi as soon as I put the password in. All I had to do then was log into my Netflix, Prime, iPlayer etc. Extremely pleased with this little TV. Very good picture and a doddle to use.

Its nice TV, nice picture, sound. Remote / menus are not easy to navigate and often don't respond or do weird things. But I bought it t watch upstairs and it will only connect to the internet with a wired connection. Therefore it is no use to me. I can't even find a way to send it back although I think its still in warranty. Just don't bother buying this

I bought 2 of these for my 2 children's bedrooms, 24inch, they look nice, easy to use and set up, with built in WiFi, both children love them, picture quality really good, and with apps like Amazon TV, Netflix and more built in, gives them plenty to watch as I'm subscribed to both, even YouTube which my 2 love to find videos to watch, a great TV, products came on time, excellent customer service. Thank you, I would recommend these tv to friends and family.

This is a great Smart TV for a bedroom. It has all the connections and functions you could ever want (Bluetooth, wireless, optical etc) and is fairly easy to set up.Picture quality is very good, sharp and in dynamic mode the colours and contrast are excellent.If you plan on using the analogue tuner for anything, I run a Sky RF extension to it, then you'll need to mess around in the configuration because out of the box you'll have picture but no sound. This is because the analogue tuner is set to PAL B/G by default. Change it to PAL I and it solves the issue.As mentioned in the title, the big disappointment is the sound quality from the inbuilt speaker, it sounds like a tin can. It's so bad I'm looking at a mini soundbar. Messing with the sound options makes no difference whatsoever so don't waste your time.That said, it's perfect for watching in bed when your other half is asleep and you don't want to wake them.UPDATE - Set has developed an annoying 'buzzing' when on standby which isn't great as it's in a bedroom and keeping us awake. Replacement arriving today and hopefully this will be OK or it too will be returned and a refund requested.UPDATE - Replacement arrived and no trace of any buzzing yet.
