After catching up to my review, customer service reached out to me and offered a refund. I accepted and feel confident that if I were to have taken the time to return the product then I wouldn’t of had any issues.These came in a two pack. The first one I had no issue putting the picture into. The second one broke at one edge first and then the whole piece came off. I don’t feel like going through the hassle of a return and taking the pictures back out so I just glued the one that broke. One of them also had a paint touch up spot that was petty noticeable. The glass isn’t glass, it’s plastic that scratches very easily. I don’t recommend this product.

Corners were chipped, otherwise nice looking frame. Needed a bit of cleaning first.

It’s an ok frame. Nothing exceptional.

I wanted to frame an old calendar picture of Valentines. This fit the bill perfectly.

I had to order a total of four of these frames to get two perfect ones. The fault did not lie with the manufacturer but with the shippers.. The first perfect one was shipped by the Amazon truck.. The box was perfect as well as the frame. The second came via UPS and the box looked smashed and as it turns out the frame was also. The third frame came via USPS. The box was gashed and it rattled with broken glass and the wood was damaged...The fourth frame just arrived in perfect condition. The box looked like it was treated with care. It was delivered via Amazon again... I think the message is clear. As for the frame it is beautiful and well worth the price.

Love the color. Not as bright as the picture, but still really nice. Seems durable; not going to break easily.

It was sturdy and looked rich. Great value for item. If I needed a frame again, I would definitely use this company.

This is a nice frame and exactly what I wanted. Sadly it arrived with slight damage, not enough to return it but enough to reduce ratings from 5* to 3*

The pictures on Amazon show six retainer brackets on the back board of this picture frame, however the one sent to me only had two. As such it was loose and completely useless. The replacement was exactly the same, so bought a different one.In fairness it might well he that Amazon has faulty batch, but as usual the company does little to rectify such a problem.
