Real artic silver 5
Real stuff that works better! Just get it and don't worry about your expensive cpu. Very cheap performance. So let's think logicaly, thermal transfer, if your cpu us running optimally you don't need to start over and remove your heatsink compound and start over.If you have to remove it anyways or are reusing a cooler on a different chip. Get this stuff. Now if you have an issue with cooling. It may or may not be the compound. Look first at your heatsink, maybe it's time to rethink the cooling. If so replace and use this stuff.Just changing a heat sink compound can help, but most likely your not going to see drastic changes. Some do but it's because of other compound was failing. All heat sink compound does is allow for thermal transfer. It's not magic.I trust artic silver 5, I have never had any go bad.

what can i say it's just the best stuff!
so i've always and i mean always used this stuff instead of stock paste and also wanted to put this out there your using anything else besides maybe kingpins thermal paste your making a mistake i'm sorry i've used this for years and my thermal paste is still amazing i change it about every 1-2 years just to make sure it's still working well and not drying out as i do run my pc over clocked and usually thats about the life on it it does get a great seal almost every time and stuff is crazy sticky so you don't have to worry about gooping or dripping like some others i've used (corsair) that spat out an oily material before the past came out that i then had to clean and re apply don't go cheap unless it's this cause this stuff isn't expensive and you don't need alot

Have used it for about 15 years now works well last about 5-8 years then turns hard
Works good

This is the thermal paste for cooling pumps on Processors
I made the mistake of using a standard electronic thermal paste, and it didn't work. This is one of the thermal paste products listed by the manufacturer for use between the cooling pump and CPU.FYI - It's enough for one use.

Best Paste of 3 Laptop
By far the easiest applied, best results, best price, and the best performance. It’s not very thick and it spreads easy. The silver makes it look good!

Works great (do not use the included spreader)
DO NOT USE THE SPREADER. Put a very tiny drop on the center of the CPU and then firmly press the heatsink on. Spreading the paste REDUCES ITS EFFECTIVENESS and there are videos on Youtube that demonstrate this.Reduced temperatures in my laptop from 90C to 75C at full load. It's worth buying this to have if you need to repaste. The tube is tiny, but I used barely even a drop of it on the CPU and GPU dies. This will likely last you a lifetime if you don't fix computers for a living.
